The Computer-Aided Design/Drafting (CADD) program provides a comprehensive curriculum that blends creativity with precision to prepare students for successful CADD careers. This certificate and skills program is tailored to both learners new to the field and seasoned professionals seeking to update their skills. Upon fulfilling the degree or certificate requirements, students acquire expertise in mechanical drawings, 3D design, 3D modeling, structural simulation/analysis, and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing. Integrated into our program is the use of 3D printing, virtual reality (VR), and other future-forward manufacturing techniques, ensuring that students are exposed to state-of-the-art technology pivotal in today’s design fields. Upon successful completion, students may qualify for positions such as 3D product designer, 3D modeler, mechanical drafter/designer, and CAD technician/designer.
