ESL Listening and Speaking Certificate of Competency

The ESL Listening and Speaking Certificate of Competency provides non-native English speakers the aural and oral skills necessary for success in college-level courses. Students completing the certificate will be able to take notes for college lectures, present research-based speeches, and participate in group discussions and panel presentations.

A Certificate of Competency will be granted upon completion of all program requirements. |
