The Technical Support and Networking Specialist Certificate of Achievement is designed for students who wish to learn the essential skills in technical support and networking. Students will use up-to-date technology and networking techniques to learn how to solve a variety of technical and networking issues with a focus on computer fundamentals, maintenance, support, technical knowledge, networking, and communication skills, students earning this certificate will be candidates for entry-level positions as Technical Support and Networking technicians.
