A Certificate of Achievement will be granted upon completion of all program requirements. At least 50 percent of the courses required for the certificate must be completed at El Camino College.

Required Core: 32 units

one course from:

• ATEC 41 - Engine Rebuilding 8 units
• ATEC 42 - Engine Repair 8 units
• ATEC 43 - Engine Diagnosis & Repair 4 units

Complete 6-10 units from:

• MTT 46 - Basic Machine Tool Operation 3 units
• MTT 101 - Introduction to Conventional and CNC Machining 4 units
• WELD 15 - Basic Welding for Allied Fields 3 units

Total Units: 42-50
