ESL for Math Certificate of Competency

The ESL for Math Certificate of Competency prepares ESL students for success in arithmetic, algebra, geometry, and statistics courses at El Camino College. Students learn vocabulary and grammatical structures utilized in mathematical courses and mathematical problems including word problems. Students also learn the communicative skills they need to communicate effectively in math courses.

A Certificate of Competency will be granted upon completion of all program requirements. |
